Registration opens at 8:30 pm.
You #CannXperience it! The experience takes shape in the “tiki” amphitheater with heart-pumping vibes from DJLOVE Lee in a wilderness preserve in amid 50-acres of breathtaking hilltop and wetland areas, consisting of southern mixed hardwood forest and freshwater stream.
Momentum – Fort Lauderdale (May 12th): If you attended the monthly CannXperience Tour kick-off then you know exactly what type of “entourage effect” you can experience. Powerful high-profile speakers from various disciplines in the medical and holistic industry alongside talented artist, yogis, and herbalist in an immersive journey of holistic healing, teaching, guiding and empowerment.
Theme of the Month:
#PTSDAwareness with key insight into cannabis for alternative treatment with presentations from Dr. Terel Newton, Board of Anesthesiologist, Dr. Kelly King, a disabled Airforce Veteran at ReleafMD, The Medical Marijuana Clini, opioid-to-patient Jason Rex Lee, Veteran and retired Master Police Officer, all speaking on opioid recovery and wide-spread support services for PTSD and chronic pain. The Opioid Addiction panel will be facilitated by the journalist of the Folio Weekly, Shelton Hull.
Attorney’s Carrie Davis and Scheril Powell will update us on the #FutureofHemp panel for Florida advocates and farmers facilitated by Jermyn Shannon-El. North Florida division of Minorities for Medical Marijuana.
Who should attend? Media, disabled, seniors, health agencies, sports and fitness trainers, wellness advocates, service providers, educators. We want everyone to be equipped with the legal knowledge and experience to help highlight the medicinal benefits of cannabis as an active solution for optimal health, mind and body balance.
Onsite Job Interviews and Patient Evaluations: People who are interested in working in the cannabis industry can network with employers and recruiters, sponsored by CannaHeadhunters. For those in dire need of a medical marijuana card under Florida’s program can learn about the process, better understand your rights, and meet physicians who are certified by the state to enroll patients and recommend an evaluation on-site. Physicians who are interested in more research about treatment for the transition from opioids for patients can get share insight with state-licensed physicians who will be sharing their “success stories” with medical marijuana as an alternative.
